Douroucouli

We are home to 2 douroucoulis named Diego and Baroo. They share their Monkey Heights home with our female armadillo, Myrtle.

Douroucoulis are also known as owl monkeys because of their large, round eyes and flat faces, which give them an owl-like appearance.

Their diet is omnivorous, consisting mainly of fruits, leaves, flowers, and insects.
