Memberships are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Carers accompanying members with disabilities are admitted free of charge.
Memberships can also be paid monthly by direct debit, making it easier to spread the cost across the year.
Day tickets can be upgraded to membership at the zoo during or within seven days of your visit.*
* Upgrades are not available online and must be arranged with our Guest Services team.
