VISITOR UPDATE - 7 April 2026:
We’re currently transforming parts of the zoo as we create new habitats and visitor experiences for the future. As this work progresses, you may notice some areas that look a little different, and there may occasionally be small changes to routes around the site.
This is all part of an exciting long-term vision to develop immersive spaces for both our animals and our visitors, including new mixed-species habitats and improved facilities across the zoo.
There’s still plenty to see and enjoy during your visit, with hundreds of incredible animals and a full day out to explore. Thank you for your support while we bring these plans to life.
